Since its humble beginnings some 25 plus years ago, Portfolio Weekly, and later on its digital double, Portfolioweekly.com, built a community of local readers that consisted of artists from all walks of life.
The mixed media industry in this modern world we live in is consistently changing, and we have been rapidly changing with it, particularly the past two years. Twitter, Facebook, iPods and iPads, Nooks and Kindles, widgets, blogs and apps – all these new mediums are creating unprecedented changes to what we do. So we are off to pursue new ventures in 2011 with our newly branded company name that better reflects our multimedia array -- PILOT TARGETED MEDIA.
Portfolioweekly.com won’t be accompanying us into this new future, but below are some of our other media you might be interested in, so click on and check them out.
Meanwhile, for many of you the living, breathing memories of Portfolio Weekly, in print and online, will carry on for many more years. It’s been a great tour, rocking out with you guys and trading ideas about music and the arts. But for now, we are going to let the final curtain fall and exit stage left. Thanks for the good times, the memories and your support. And stay tuned in 2011 as Pilot Media explores cutting edge ways to deliver the media you want.
